St. Vincent and the Grenadines

What better way to escape a gray Northwest winter than be finding the sun and beaches of the warm Caribbean? Actually, Mexico and Hawaii are the more common winter destinations from Seattle; traveling to the Caribbean is pretty tedious. But we found that the trip was worth it!

St. Vincent isn't a popular tourist attraction, so it isn't over-developed yet.

The Hotel We stayed at the Grand View Beach resort.
St. Vincent Our hotel was in Kingstown, but we spent some time traveling over the rest of the island.
The Grenadines South of St. Vincent, these smaller islands make for a wonderful daytrip.
Bequia Immediately south of St. Vincent, Bequia is even less crowded with tourists.
